Prawns with Middle Eastern Spices |

A super easy and beautifully aromatic recipe - serve these fragrant prawns with a creamy dipping sauce like Mayonnaise, or thick yoghurt mixed with mint and garlic. |

Ingredients: |
- 1kg Raw Prawn Meat
- 8-12 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tblsp coriander seeds
- 2 tblsp cumin seeds
- 4 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 tsp (or to taste) dried chilli
- 4 tsp turmeric
- zest 2 lemons
- 4 tblsp The Grove Avocado Oil, plus extra for cooking

Method: |
- Grind the seeds in a spice grinder then mix with the remaining ingredients
to form a paste.
- Put the prawns into a bowl and toss in the spice mix.
- Marinate overnight.
- Film a fry pan with a thin layer of avocado oil and toss the prawns
over high heat until cooked, or alternatively, cook on the BBQ
- Serve with a dipping sauce and a fresh green salad
