Ingredients: |
- 4 Paua, tenderised
- 2 rashers lean bacon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp boiling milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- The Grove Avocado oil for frying

Method: |
- Chop bacon and paua and blend in a food processor.
- Beat egg and first measure of milk together.
- Mix baking powder with boiling milk, and add to egg mixture.
- Stir in the sifted flour, mix until smooth and add paua mixture, parsley
and onion.
- Cook spoonfuls of mixture in hot avocado oil until golden, serve
immediately.
